Welcome!

My name's Faith Jones. I’m a Holistic Health and Wellness Professional based in Toronto, Canada. With over 15 years of experience in Wellness Spaces, I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Thai Massage Practitioner. I offer private & semi-private sessions, group training, workshops and retreat services. My love for movement started at a very young age. At 18 months my mom took me to a parent & tot gymnastics class because I was literally climbing up the walls, and the rest is history. A decade of being a competitive gymnast and making it on the Canadian National Gymnastics Team sparked my joy for movement. My main goal at the time was to make it on the Canadian Olympic Team, however, a career-ending knee injury and reconstructive surgery at 13 years old prevented it from happening. Although devastated, it fuelled my curiosity to learn more about how the body works and how we can move and train in a way to prevent injuries and live a life of functionality. From then on, I knew I wanted to help people to live a healthy and injury-free life.

I’m grateful for all the teachings I’ve had along the way; they have come from many different sources, including the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, Ontario Fitness Council, Marianne Wells Yoga School, New Leaf Foundation, Jane Clapp Movement and Navina Thai Yoga Therapy. Along with extensive training in movement and massage, I have comprehensive knowledge of trauma-informed and anti-oppressive frameworks. All of my services are rooted in accessibility and inclusion. I've worked with athletes as young as 3 years old, clients in their 90's, weekend warriors, clients healing from injuries and everything in between. Taking a holistic approach to wellness, I recognize that everyone is starting from a different place and I meet people where they are at. I've made it my goal to provide safer spaces of self-inquiry, self-care and encouraging everyone to find their path to healing.

Fun Facts: most of my childhood Birthdays were spent at the circus (my uncle was the manager of a travelling circus!), I’ve climbed to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro and my favourite place to be is at the Ocean.

I look forward to connecting and learning more about you. Reach out and say Hello!

Take care,

Faith :)

“Faith has worked with me for over ten years as my personal trainer. We have successfully worked on aerobic exercise, weight training and yoga. I have gained strength in all areas despite my difficulties with arthritis. Faith’s experience in many fields has been a true benefit to me. She introduced me to yoga which greatly improved my balance and flexibility. It has opened a door to a new method of movement and focus which makes me more confident and happy at learning new skills. I look forward to a future of support with enthusiasm with Faith. I highly recommend her as she is a skilled trainer, teacher and caring person.”

I took a chance on an ad I saw pop up on my IG feed and made an appointment for a thai massage session with Faith. She was visiting a local health centre in Barbados where I live. It was one of the best “on a whim” decisions I’ve ever made. The session ended up being everything I didn’t know I needed at the time. I suffer from back pain stemming from a car accident 3 years ago and beyond totally easing the discomfort I was having that day, I left feeling like my energy was completely different - healed and lifted. It was truly one of life’s ah-ha moments. I think that had a lot to do with her personal energy - she’s amazing! I can’t wait for another pop up in Barbados! I’ll be your first booking!

Faith has been my trainer for several years. She is always patient, knowledgeable, and hard working. I have a difficult body to work with, but she has always met the challenge. Her smile and style of working with me always makes our time together worthwhile. She cares about those she works with. I would recommend her to anyone needing a personal trainer.

My thai massage session with Faith was a real eye opener. I didn't realize how much tension I had on my right side until she pointed it out to me. Thank you Faith! 5 stars!!!

I was entirely convinced "the zen life" wasn't for me, until I attended a yoga class led by Faith. Her teaching style is a breath of fresh air! I left her class feeling so happy and relaxed. I highly recommend her services to all of my friends.

I've experienced Faith's private movement sessions as well as her thai massage offering. Since I spend a lot of time in front of a computer, Faith focuses on my shoulders and back. My body feels amazing post massage. Thank you so much Faith. I'm looking forward to my next session.

I’ve trained with Faith for several years. About 18 months ago, I developed a debilitating pain in the pad of my left foot near the base of my second toe. In my attempts to solve the problem I had an appointment with an orthopaedic surgeon and had briefly considered surgery. Faith helped me analyze the cause of my pain and she realized that my calf muscles and hamstrings were extremely tight and very knotted. She started me on a weekly routine of thai massage, to release knots, loosen and stretch all muscles, tendons and fascia in both legs from hips to toes, and then weight training exercises to strengthen my entire body. This weekly process was primarily responsible for the disappearance of my pain, and I have finally been able to play and enjoy my tennis during the last 9 months. Thank you, Faith.
